Terms and Conditions of Delivery

• Shipping By SEA min 2 Cbm and By AIR min 45 Kg

• Heavy counts by upward round AIR, for example: Goods weighing 5.09 kg will be billed to 5.5 kg.

• The sender must clearly report the contents of the items sent. Penalties incurred due to incompatibility of the report with the contents of goods will be fully charged to the sender.

• Lost / deficient goods in original packing, beyond our responsibility.

• Any delivery please include Packing list and Invoice

• Please have each koli / packing code included marking (can be put on white paper which is attached to each packing / written directly with markers)

• Loss caused by our side, will be refunded 100%, in accordance with the value of the invoice given.

• If packing list and invoice are not given or entered late (goods have been made, PL and new invoices entered) then if there is loss, we will not change.

• Unsecured risk

- Leaking, original packing less contents, goods easily damaged, rusty / broken.

- Goods without packing, Glassware / food / beverage or in rapidly damaged packaging in original packing / not original.

- Unrest, natural disasters, goods exposed to sea water.

- Changes in the form of goods because of the nature of the goods themselves.

• Please confirm again to us if there is delivery of goods.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Note:

1. Asked customer for confirmation every will send the goods.

2. Packing list, invoice, and no shipping receipt (If using local expedition) or supplier name, please give before goods are sent to our warehouse.

3. If there is a delay because the supplier does not give marking or misplaced the warehouse address, it is not our responsibility.

4. For new Customer, please provide data NAME, ADDRESS, NO TLP / HP, EMAIL, BB / LINE / WA / WECHAT active PIN to CS: afindocargo@yahoo.com

Payment for new customer is paid 100% via Transfer (When goods arrive, AFINDO CARGO will send proof of receipt and invoice, is expected to pay first, and show evidence of Transfer)
